Toisena päivänä olikin sitten perinteisesti paska sää. Lähettiin siitä huolimatta pitkien yöunien jälkeen tutustumaan Castelo de São Jorgen eli vapaasti suomennettuna Pyhän Yrjön linnaan haha. Sisäänpääsy maksoi 4€ ja en nyt tiedä oliko sen arvonen.. Noita linnotuksia nyt on tullu tässä nähtyä jo ja kaiken lisäksi ilma oli niin kylmä/sateinen/tuulinen että meinas välillä itku tulla. No hauskaa meillä oli joka tapauksessa niinku aina Birten kanssa. Pelattiin esimerkiks meidän yhtä lempparipeliä eli "mistä noi turistit on kotoisin" ja sitte yritetään arvata. Kaikista vaikein ja jännittävin osuus on sitten se kun pitäis oikeesti selvittää että mistä ne turistit on kotosin.. Seuraamalla niitä ja yrittämällä kuunnella mitä kieltä ne puhuu :D hahhah.
On the second day the weather was quite shitty. It's almost a tradition already that when we travel, it rains. Despite the weather we visitet the St. George's Caste. The entrance was 4€ and I'm not sure if it really was worth it. I mean, we have already seen castles in other destinations and because the weather was so cold/rainy/windy that I almost wanted to cry. But of course we had fun with Birte, like always. For example, we played one of our favorite games "where are those tourists from" where we first try to guess where they are from and then comes the exciting part where you have to really fire it out. By following them and trying to hear which language they speak hahaha :D

Linnasta lähettiin kiertämään sen lähialueita eli paljon kapeita kuvia ja mäkiä! Oltiin jo aika nälkäsiä ja yritettiin löytää jotain ravintolaa mutta ei oikein meinannu löytyä sopivaa. Lopulta päädyttiin sattumalta löytyneeseen tosi söpöön kahvilaan, Cafe Pois, missä syötiin sitte jättileipää ja jättipiirasta. Oli hyvää. Kahvilasta matka jatkui ratikalla kotiin. Illalla ajateltiin että käydään ostaa muutamat oluet ja tullaan kämpille juomaan ne. Mentiin ensin tien toisella olevaan kuppilaan, koska Birten piti ostaa tupakkaa. Ajateltiin että kai me nyt tässäki voidaan ne oluet juoda. Tilattiin 2 olutta ja mä sanoin että voin maksaa ne. Annoin baarimikolle 20€ ja sain takasin 19€. Siis (pieni) tuopillinen olutta 50 senttiä??? Otettiin siis muutamat siellä eikä ostettu kaupasta yhtään mitään :D
From the castle we went wandering in the surrounding areas which means a lot of narrow streets and a lot of hills! We started to feel pretty hungry and tried to find a decent restaurant which was not that easy. Finally we found by accident a cute little cafe, Cafe Pois, and ate there some bread and pie. After eating we took a tram home. In the evening we thought that we could go and buy some beer and drink it at the apartment. We went first downstairs to a little pub to buy cigarettes for Birte and thought that ok, maybe we can drink the beer here as well. I ordered two beers and gave the bartender 20€ and got 19€ back. So a (small) beer 50 cents?? So as you can probably guess, we drank the few beers there instead of buying something home :D
