Day 76: Our Lucky Day

Heti alkuun voin sanoa, että lauantai oli ihan mahtava päivä!!  Heräiltiin rauhassa suht ajoissa ja puolen päivän aikaan lähettiin kävelylle. Suunnattiin Parallelia alas ja ekan kerran pysähyttiin läheiseen skeittiparkkiin räpsimään pari kuvaa. Jatkettiin matkaa Columbuksen patsaalle, satamaan, Maremagnumiin, Barcelonetaan ja tietysti rannalle. Rantabulevardilla kun käveltiin, Ramon bongas Barcelonan Casinon minne piti tietysti päästä käymään :) Ramon laitto 50€ koneeseen ja sovittiin että sitten viimestään lähetään kun ollaan "vaan" 20€ häviöllä. Noh, viimestä peliä kun pelattiin, päästiin johonki bonus peliin.. Ramon oli jo aikalailla menettäny toivonsa voittamisesta ja anto mun valita miten pelataan se bonuspeli ja hupsista, ruudulle lävähti 771€ voitto. Kummallakin loksahti suut auki, tuijotettiin vuorotellen toisiamme ja pelikonetta. Lähettiin samantien pois, lunastettiin voittorahat ja käveltiin suht hölmistyneenä ja jäätävän kokoset virneet naamalla kotiin :D otettiin matkalta wokit mukaan (kerranki kun ois rahaa vaikka mihin, otettiin 7€ nuudelit take awayna??!?!?) ja tultiin kotiin.

Fisrt of all, this particular Saturday was awesome! We woke up quite early with Ramon and went for a walk around noon. We went to Parallel and our first stop was at a skate park quite near us. We took a few pictures and continued to the statue of Columbus, harbour, Maremagnum, Barceloneta and the beach of course. On the beach boulevard Ramon saw the Casino of Barcelona and of course it was a must see. We went in and Ramon put 50€ into the machine and we made a deal that when we are losing "only" 20€, we would stop. Well, it was our last turn and we had kind of give up already. We got a bonus game and Ramon made me choose how we play it and woops, the screen showed 771€. We couldn't believe it and just stared at each other and the machine and the feeling was just unreal. We left straight away, took the money and walked home stunned and with really stupid looking facial expressions haha. We took some take away wok on the way home (now that we had money to eat basically anything, we took wok for 7€!!?!?!) and walked all the way back.

Hetken aikaa sulateltiin asiaa, syötiin ja levättiin ennen kun lähettiin päivän ja ellei koko Ramonin loman kohokohtaan, eli Barcan peliin! Metrot oli ihan tupaten täynnä kun 99 000 ihmistä yrittää samaan aikaan päästä samaan paikkaan.. Päästiin tosi hyvin ajallaan kuitenkin perille. Ramon totes siinä matkalla kun käveltiin että sitä jännittää ihan kauheesti, ja kun kysyin että miksi niin vastaus oli että "no kun tää on ollu yks mun haaveista jo tosi kauan, tulla tänne ja seurata peliä." Siitä tulee vaan itekin niin iloseksi kun näkee miten toinen nauttii. Ihan ku pikkupoika karkkikaupassa haha. 

For a while we tried to understand what just happened, ate and rested a little before our actual event of the day and maybe the highlight of Ramon's whole trip: Barca game. The metro was quite full of people since 99 000 people wanted to be in the same place at the same time. Anyway, we were at the stadium right on time. Ramon said on the way there that he is super excited and nervous and when I asked why, he said "Well this has been one of my biggest dreams for a quite a long time. To come here, and watch a game." It just makes me super happy to see someone being that excited and happy. Like a little boy in a candy store haha.

Peli oli tosiaan FC Barcelona - RCD Mallorca, eli ei mikään A-luokan peli mutta sitäkin viihdyttävämpi! Peli oli kunnon Barca ilotulitusta, peli päättyi 5-0 kotijoukkueen hyväksi. Syötiin yhessä semmonen jättihodari, ja mikä tuli vähän yllätyksenä niin stadionilla ei myyty ollenkaan alkoholia! Vähän eri meininki siis kun jääkiekko-otteluissa Suomessa. Pelin jälkeen meidän oli tarkotus mennä johonki pubiin istuskelemaan, mutta oltiin niin poikki että tultiinkin vaan kotiin ja otettiin täällä parit oluet. Mutta niinkun jo sanoin, oli niin ihana päivä! Ei (pelkästään) rahojen takia, vaan koko päivä vaan oli niin onnistunut.. oispa aina tämmöstä:)

The game was FC Barcelona - RCD Mallorca, so not the best game but yet entertaining. The whole game was a Barca show and it ended 5-0 for the home team. We ate the biggest hod dog ever there and were a little bit surprised that they don't sell alcohol at all there. Differs quite much from a Finnish ice hockey game.. :P After the game we had plans to go to a pub but we were so tired after a long day that we just came home and had a few beers here. Anyway, like I said, such a perfect day. And not because of the money, but because everything was just so perfect.. I wish every day was like this:)
